Deposits are required in the amount of 50% of the subtotal of your accommodations plus add on rentals or services. If for any reason reservations must be canceled, your deposit will be returned if we receive written (email) notice 90 days (spring/summer) and 30 days (fall/winter) prior to arrival date minus a $50 administration fee. HST is added at time of check-out.
